ravenheat csi 85 wont fire up?

ive got a ravenheat csi 85 when i switch on, the pump runs, the fan runs, and the igniter clicks but it does not fire up, after about 1 or 2 mins it shuts down and an orange indicator with picture of flame lights up. pressure is 1.5 bar

is the gas cock open on the inlet to the boiler
does the pcb supply a constant supply to the gas valve?
