The element is either dead or loose wire. I dont know where to buy a new one but i can tell you how to repair it when you do. Its located under the large aluminum plate at the back held on by two screws undo these and the element with housing will come off. Check for loose wire before doing this there is two wire connected at either end of the housing. good luck hunting for element.
