2.0 tdci diesel problem?

i have a 06 2.0 tdci 125 horse power transit with 50000 miles on it. i have done the injectors 4 times and got the pump done to. but she still acts up a few days later can anyone help before i crack up. this van has got great care and didnt give any other bother until this started 6 months ago
