Floppy bodywork?

The ali sheeting on one side of my 94 Bucaneer is (for want of a better word)floppy.

What are the causes and how to fix? Is it worth fixing?
I have no damp that I know of.

Sounds like 'delamination' its come away from the insulation. Check with manufacturer if that could be the cause.The following is the only details I've got for them.
