My fan works perfectly with ACC ON if outside temp is below 22-24 degrees C. It also works on hotter days if I shut down the ACC and run the fan only in ECO mode. But if I start the car on a hot day with the ACC running the fan stops after about 1 minute, and then starts again after round 5 minutes and keeps running.

Correction: My fan works perfectly with ACC both ON and OFF if outside temp is below 22-24 degrees C. But if I start the car on a hot day the fan is getting a little noisy after about 1 minute and stops, and then starts again after around 5 minutes, stops again, starts and then keeps running normally.
