Homelite zip start em 08652-01 has been unused for 3-4 years, and now won't start. Where do I start?

change. fule/ oil/ sparkplug. take it out and clean it , open air filter , and tap it clean, put the choke on ,pull the cord till it kicks" then turn the choke off, and pull the cord till it starts, make sure its turned on" easy to forget to do,, just make sure you turn the choke off, after it has kicked for the first time,,
