timeing seems to be out?

the timeing seems to be out on my briggs and stratton lawnmower engine how do you re time them thanks.

Timing is fixed - it can't be changed - unless the flywheel key has sheared (usually after impacting some immoveable object such as a tree stump) - in which case, it's unlikely to run at all. Whatever your problem is, it's not likely to be a timing issue.
