edc fault?

I have an ERF ECT. It has a fault massege on the screen which comes with an error code reads,.EDC 00639-13 DIAGNOSIS. As soon as it appears my lorry does not move until you shut it and start all over again.

please helpn guys!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
