bradley ill tell you what to do,ok at the bottommof the airbox (big black thing on the top of the transmission cover) there a 3 bolts that hold it in place undo them they are at the bottom and at the very front.then undo your oil filler cap then undo all the bolts around the edge of the transmission cover then pul the plastic cap off from the side of the transmission cover by the back wheel there is a nut behind that 18mm undo that with an impact gun ,then pull the cover outwards and then upwards to clear the oil filler neck the airbox will have to be pushed up a bit to get enough clearance.then undo the nut in the centre of the variator( round thing on the left)then pull the outer half of the variator off and then pull the belt and rear pulley and clutch mech off alltogether.then you can get to the bolts behind it which is where your final drive gearing is.ep 80 gear oil will come out when its undone.

the bike dosent have a kick start ..and the side caseing is part of a oil tank i need to drain it first and cant find what bolts i need to remove to drain oil out. trying to find a online manual

take engine casing off. but leave kickstart on. rear pulley is also the clutch. and behind the clutch is the gearbox. remove screws to get at gearbox (cogs).
