John, I've looked at the element and it looks the same as the one I replaced on my Indesit oven (with p&p the cost of this job will be under £20 and less than an hour of your time).
The element will be around the fan, so the first job will be to find it! I dont know your oven but my guess is that you get it via the front of the oven.
First remember to isolate the oven from the power, take the plug out or if hard wired turn off power at the fuse box. If it has a gas hob you may want to turn the gas off as well just to be safe but to be honest at this stage you should be nowhere near the hob. From the front of the oven look at the back as this is where the fan is. The back of the oven will be attached by two screws possibly at the top. Remove the screws and you should be able to remove the back panel to reveal the fan and an element. From the rear of the cooker you should now be able to work out where the retaining screws and the electrical connections are. More than likely the electrical connections are by spade clips. Remove the screws and the electrical connections and replace.

If I were you I would try to remove the back and expose the element before you order just to be sure that you can do that as I think exposing the element is the hardest part. Good luck!

Had this problem myself and just fixed it! It is the heating element. Easy to replace. I would say the hardest part is finding where the element is!
From the front of the oven, look at the back where the fan is. Chances are there will be a cover which is connected by 2 (perhaps 4) screws. Remove screws and cover and the element will be around the fan. To remove the element, you will have to remove the back cover of the cooker. The element is normally connected by a couple of self-tapping screws. The electrical connection is by a couple of spade clips (that is just pull off, push on, no soldering or the like!) I can fully recommend Spares2Go.co.uk for the part but that is for the UK!
Needless to say, unplug the cooker before you start but the replacement of the element is an easy job. About 6 screws to remove, 2 spade clips to pull off push on, and not very expensive. Good luck
