Hi, I have a Candy Eclypsa Combiwash CE104 washing machine and I assume there is a blockage as it will not spin or drain the water. I don't know where the filter is so I can't check for a blockage. Also, for some reason, the machine will not intake hot water nor will it heat the water! Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated!
