Tony's answer works pressing the two buttons above the lock symbol for a few seconds. I had this problem and I have just used his solution and my machine is working again

i have fixed the problem.you press the two buttons above the lock symbol and hold till light goes out.not module ithink whoever put the answer above had no idea what they was on about .just trying to rip people off'be carefull out there
