that means paper stuck,all u need to do is take key down to point p press down subtotal and while its down pull plug out than put plug back in it should come up intial clear,sometimes u need to repeat the process, make sure no paper stuck on either side of till.

This is a samsung code for printer problem. I have heard of people seeing it on Royals too and I think it is the same thing. Check the printer for paper jams or any reason that the printer can't turn correctly
