The leak dos'nt run down the front of the door, or the machine. but inside the pannel when it is on a rinse. Could this still be the rubber seal inside the door.

unless the lip of the seal is damaged in which case it will leak down the front of the appliance, this is more likely to be a problem with the dispenser on this particular model. Take the lid off and watch it as it fills there should be some sign of water on or around the dispenser hose. The seal is a possibility but i wouldn't go changing it on the whim of hoover guy

yes when the tub shell gasket,(to give it its proper name )leaks,it leaks on the inside,not down the front of the door,simple
