Do i need to replace the thermostat if so which part?

when the oven or grill reach temp the main fuse blows is this the thermostat and if so which part the probe assembly or the holder that the probe clips into on the roof of the oven

Neither does the holder clip blow fuses? I would say the problem is elsewhere. Suggest you call a service company to track it down.
