central locking and immobiliser faults renualt clio?

central locking doesnt work on my clio and my immobiliser wont turn off so i cant start my car just keeps flashing red all time if i try to start it it just turn over engine but wont fire up any help anyone

check behind interior light this is where reciever is, water normally comes in through roof aerial and soaks electrics remove and dry off

Fit new battery in fob then go to this site(copy and paste)-
