I get an error message when i try to run it, It says cannot find camera, contact your manufacturer. Then the screen will come up but with an error message saying Acquire source failed... Restart DSM
The software will come up with that error if the scanner is not plugged in. If it is then the computer may have a problem recognising the usb connection. Try reinstalling the software drivers.

if you have the disk that came with it, uninstall it from your pc, and then restall it again,,
