top oven has become noisy?

i have got a tricity bendix town & country double oven cooker and the top oven has become very noisy, how do i rectify or mend this

replace the oven fan/motor or cooling fan depending which is causing the noise but access is limited and it isn't a 2 min job unless you know how to go about replacing it
