Im unable to get a ferroli hawk 2 to fire when hot tap is opend. Heating is o.k.

agree with k ,hopefully inexpensive job just get flow switch cleaned. advise if not doing it yourself fone ferroli for local agent and keep his number.should take 30 to 40 mins max
