hi adam. scooter has been stood inside (unused)for at least 6/8 years. less than a 1000 miles on clock.family owned.scooter seems to die almost. close thottle then engine will gradually build up to about 25 miles mph.when first riding from cold scooter will reach 50 mph.baffling. thanks. les.

could be faulty oil pump. try mixing some 2stroke oil with the petrol in tank.
