I hope that no one will answer this question. Posting information like that on an open forums is a recipe for even more stolen laptops. (The thefts often involving violence.)
This kid of problem can often be fixed by a local computer shop (unless the laptop has a security chip) if you take the laptop to it with proof or ownership and ID.
