Does it attempt to go? If it fills etc but drum does not turn or only half turns then its the brushes...but make sure the belt has not just come off or snapped! The brushes are part of the electric motor,turn machine over and you will see motor with the belt attached to the drum. Unscrew the cover on end of motor,the brushes are dark carbon blocks that are pushed against the shaft of the motor by springs that keep pressure as they wear,take out and replace..they are cheap...£5-£20 max (look online ebay etc)
