I have a brand new BBQ electric grill "Princess" brand and the red light indicator does not turn on when I plugged into the socket and switched on. No heat transmitted. What is the problem and where can I get it repaired? Not sure who is the distributor as it was a present from a friend. Thanks.

have you replaced the fuse and have you made sure the socket you plugged it in to was live?
