I have a 1998 1.4 saxo and minutes after setting the alarm and leaving the vehicle the alarm sounds, what cuold cause this?

hi have problem with alarm or the mobilaiser i m not sure wich one it is i got up in the morning the car worked fine it opend up and started whent to the shop come back after 30 min i got out again and car wount unlock or dimobilase i can unlock it with the key but cant start the car any one have any idea how to solve this problem car is citroen saxo 1.5 d
