hi my peugot vivacity compact 50 wont start it sounds like it wants to but doesnt it has been stolen before and retuned but cos it wasnt stating before that lol its on a 05 plate and been sat outside for a few years the front lights arent conncted and the front pannel has been off scince it was stolen last year today i put a new battery in it it and tried a few spark plugs but the pugs dont seem to be sparking does any1 know wot the problem is? ur answers will be greatly appreciated thank u
