hi,,, have recently purchased a elddiss wisp supreme 450, we were told its a 96 model but it might be slightly older. my problem is it has the E3 control panel & i assumed you could run the hot water off gas & electric as under one of the single seats in the dinette area is a switch box which on my old van was for the gas part of the hot water & i assumed the switch on control panel was for the electric part of the hot water!!! any help appreciated,,,,,,

If they are still going get details off the plate on the chassis or body of the caravan contact them if the date on the plate cannot be read. Contact them ask what type water heater was fitted dual or single. Bear in mind the water heater may have been changed. If dealer purchase and year of c/van mentioned and you find it is older you may be able to make a ‘Misrepresentation claim and get some money back or goods equivalent. If private and it’s older than they said go slap them one.
