I had a similiar problem with my washer, I took the inlet valve off and cleaned it with cleaner with bleach, unplug your machine first, and then I cleaned it with degreaser and ran hot water through it and then blow it through with the air compressor. Also do the hoses and the filter on the hoses. I always color code my wires before I pull them off to make sure I put them back on right. My machine would not cut off by itself and would keep running, I did all that and now it runs perfect and It was a cheap way to fix it.
