i have just move in to a house the alarm that is in is a melcom st 6000. it has been without electric for some time, my electric person re conected the alarm,the alarm went off he put what he thought was the enginers code,but the alarm wood not reset,had to disconect electric.

how can i put this to avoid hurting your feelings?i cant,melcom are cheap nasty trash,fit a nice scantronic panel,at least they work,and replace the battery at same time.and i ,and the rest of the guys on here are pros,i myself have 37 years in the industry,so i know what am on about.
