Noisy oven fan?

Are there 2 fans ?
Just had the one at the back of the oven replaced but it still makes a racket ?

cooling fan noisy.best way to prove this is to get the oven red-hot and then turn the oven off with the function switch on the front (not at the wall).does it still make the noise?.if so cooling fan issue
