How do I get the circuit diagram to kenwood chef 701A?

Can someone help me with the circuit diagram of the speed controller for kenwood chef model 701A please. I removed the part with the three wires coming out of it. One wire goes to live another to earth. I cannot figure where the third wire is connected to. Is this a triac...or something else. This mixer is about 40 years old and I wish to keep it. Thank you

just to explain, light dimmers are not equipped to deal with the high start-up surge of the motor starting,it will work for a while, then blow the triac.hope this lot helps

the diagramme wont help,if there is enough power surge to blow the triac,it will have taken diodes, and a few other parts with it,

most speed controllers are triac based,i doubt that you will get a module for it,as it very old, but, all is not lost, you could fit an external module on the mains cable, just connect the motor leads from the internal module, wire then to the mains feed coming into the mixer, cut mains cable,in middle, fit speed module, mains cable from mixer goes into one side of the module, mains cable with the plug on goes into the other side of the module,so when you plug the mixer in,just turn on the module,DO NOT USE A LIGHT DIMMER,buy a proper speed controller
