magic chef washer top load?

the cold water will not shut off, even when cycle stops. What should I be looking for as the cause. I have to shut the taps off between each fill and rinse etc or it goes all over the floor. thanks

need to check
pressure hose has not split/ become detached
pressure chamber is not blocked
pressure switch has not gone faulty
