All lights flashing is an indication that the unit must be setup for operation.
1. Remove the water container and the water filter if present. Fill the container to max and properly install it on the machine.
2. Place a LARGE CUP on the cup stand, open the brew mechanism, place the cleaning disk with barcode facing the scanner/reader. Close the brew mechanism.
3. Wait 5 seconds then press and release the start button. The machine will run a few seconds to fill the heating chamber. Wait for the standby light to illuminate.
4. Open the brew mechanism and close it again. Do not remove the cleaning disk. Empty the water from the cup and place cup back under brewer. Heating light should be flashing. When Auto light illuminates, press the start button to start filling the cup again. Repeat step 4 several times. (You also do this when des-caling the machine but have cleaner in the water container. After cleaning then run two tanks of pure water through it to purge all cleaner).
5. If the unit functions properly, replace your water filter (if used). I replacing the filter causes the problem, replace it with a new soaked filter. If the unit does not function, try de-scaling and test again.
