I have just obtained a Renault Clio extreme model car .I do not have a manual and have recently had a symbol of an engine which means stop appear on the dashboard screen what can this be please and what should I do? I do intend to get a manual but need to know asap.

Well done on your new purchase. You have just bought one of the troublesome make of car, they're always having electrical problems, as you have already found out. Get rid of it quick. If you had looked at this site and typed in "Renault" in the search box, you will have seen 162 pages of problems that others have had with Renaults, then perhaps, you wouldn't have bought one, simples.
