If the main motor does not run, the fuse - 10A would be blown on the main board. Before replacing this fuse, check the IGBT since this would also be blown. Get any IGBT with a rating above 600V, 20A NPN and make sure the pins match before sticking it in. Usually the diode is ok. The board is poorly designed and its very easy to short the cap pads to each other and cause a short. Be careful soldering this board since its a 2 side board and the tin solder used is not good quality.
