Hi - have an AEG freezer >> Electrolux Arctis Model A75248GA1. Cannot get freezer to cool at all. Compressor starts when unit switched on, shows temperature (ambient) and alarm. Display does not flash, and no fault code shows. Can set to desired temp, compressor on, but no cooling.
Suggestions, leads VERY welcome

feel the compressor.be careful but is it very hot?.if it is but there is no cooling happening then it could be a gas system issue
