my beko fridge freezer has started to freeze any thing in the lower part of the fridge , but not freezing in the top of the freezer

sounds like it needs regassing but you could try turning the power of then turn it upside to get rid of air locks, leave for a couple of hours then turn it right way up and leave another coule of hours before plugging it in. chances are it will now work if not dump it.
