How can I fix my Idesit IS70C?

My tumble dryer doesn't tumble, there is a strange sound and a smell of burning. Help

if the drum cant be turned by hand the problem could be a seized bearing and the smell the belt burning,open up the back and look for obvious signs of overheating,always difficult to give good answer on little info
