the water will not pump out ,if you look at the pump the spinnin g fan at the bottom of the pump spins but the water stays in the machine?

Yes but is it spinning fast enough? If it spins too slowly it will not be able to push the water up the drain hose. You need to remove the pump & check for any foreign objects or lint that may be slowing it down. If all clear then you may have either a faulty drain pump or even a problem with the main control board.
