proline TDC7A tumble dryer?

It wont heat up
Rob owen, September 2006
it might help, i located the two thermostats, o ne of them as a little hole in the middle of it. i used a cocktail stick to press it in, and a presto dryer now heating up.

The thermostats are probably down. Un-screw the big metal bit that sticks out of the back- in there you will find the heating element. Then two small screws hold this in place- remove those. On the top you will find two small white things- one with a green dot. You need to replace these. Its very easy and will only cost £15. Go to TDSpares online as they have them- they are a very good online shop- i recieved my the day after i ordered and their customer service is brilliant.
