to remove drum from belle 150 cement mixer?

Hello Everyone
I need to remove the drum on my Belle 84dB cement mixer, I know you have to turn it anti-clockwise but mine seeme to be jammed solid.
I have sprayed the spindle with DW40 and clamped G cramps to the top and used a bar for leverage, it still wont budge.
Any ideas anyone
