on replacing the new water filter on the large fridge/freezer the red reset button changes to green for 2 seconds and goes back to the red code. the instruction on the manual is to reset the button by pressing for 3 minutes this is to no avail. please advice on what could be causing this problem. the fridge/freezer is 2 years old
