My iron is on constant standby and will not produce any steam . I have followed some of the instructions from another forum , stripped the iron down and cleaned it .
I live in a soft water are so no limescale . This did not work .

I haven't fully stripped it down because I cannot get the last security screw in the base out any ideas ?

I have cleaned the steam nozzle in the from with a pin still no luck
