I recently replaced both the shower head and hose on my shower unit?

Though these are brand new the water still leaks so what can I do?

I am assuming the shower leaks when switched off. I have recently done the same as you replaced my shower head & hose. This is not the cause of a leaking shower. The seals in the shower unit have worn or perished. This means the the shower won't switch off properly and leaks out of the shower head when switched off. Try fitting a new seal kitt, Mira 415 Service Pack - 936.22. I put one in mine before the shower head & hose. If that doesn't work it's a new cartridge, Mira 415/415 B Cartridge Assembly - 902.55. It's worth trying the seals first 9 out of 10 they fix it. The cartridge is expensive but not as much as a new shower.

Did you put rubber washers in the hose and head?
