user manual for qualcast turbotrak 35?

Hi does anyone have or can tell me where to get an instruction manual for the above mower please-I have inherited it and it sounds and runs ok but doesn't seem to want to do the job it was made for ie cut my grass!! Lol

if the blades are blunt it wont cut, if its set to high it wont cut grass, if the reg speed it too low it wont cut right,
