What is a "Singer Starlet" sewing machine?

I have been offered the opportunity to purchase (sight unseen so far) a Singer Starlet sewing machine. When were these made? what is the type of machine? and what would be a reasonable price for them (in working order?)

Made in the 60's mainly for the younger generation, made in france, brilliant little machine you will love it, cream with a flower pattern on top, drop in bobbin very easy to use but un likely you will get a book for it now, I would probably pay about £50 bvut no more because of it's age
