Every time I print it is very light. I'm sure I have pressed something I justdon't know what it is.I have changed the ink cartridges but that hasen't helped.
Did you refill your cartridge? Refilling it affects the quality of printing. The ink is more on water than ink. That makes the printing light. Buy a genuine cartridge for better quality!
