the handle stopped working and when you sit in chair the foot-stool pops up. i lifted the chair and there was a large spring(6 inches long, maybe 1/2 outside diameter) laying on the floor nearest the handle side of recliner. need help to put spring back in correct place, so handle and foot-stool work correctly. thank you
