The only details I can find on the unit is the name Symphony on the front and in the user card for it. There is and old telephone number but that's obsolete as it only had eight digits! It was installed as part of the original build of the flat probably about 20 years ago. The element has shorted to earth and trips the protective device as soon as is switched on
