can anyone help my hoover performa 900 is ripping holes in some of my clothes and making a noise when on the spin cycle i have removed a bra wire from the drum by removing the rubber drain pipe underneath the machine but it is still making a noise as if there is something stuck in the drum any ideas what is causing this and how can i fix it.
