how do I remove the lens cover ?

I want to replace a tail & brake light on my 1992 talbot express campervan I don,t see any screws to remove the lens cover ( thank u for any help u can give me )

Have you tried access from the inside of the vehicle? Sometimes the bulbs are located on a detachable plate which can be unclipped from within.
